After following the New England Patriots through more than 30 years of lean times and a couple of losing trips to "the big dance", they finally pulled it off in February, 2002 by beating the St. Louis Rams in Super Bowl XXXVI.  Final score: Patriots 20, Rams 17.  Then in 2004 they finished the year with 15 consecutive wins, topped off with a 32 - 29 victory over Carolina in Super Bowl XXXVIII.  Making 2004 even sweeter was the Boston Red Sox coming back from being down 3 games to none in the ALCS, beating the Yankees in 4 straight, and sweeping the Cardinals in the World Series.  The Patriots' 2005 season was highlighted by a record winning streak and a 3rd Super Bowl win in 4 years.  In 2007 the Sox won the series again, sweeping the Rockies in 4 games.  I was at game 4 in Denver with my girls to see it!  For the Patriots there was another Super Bowl in 2008 but they couldn't cap off a perfect season with a win.  Nevertheless, I managed to make it into the Super Bowl games in 2005 and 2008.  Finally, in 2008 the Boston Celtics won their 17th NBA Championship.  Jenny and I went to game 2 in Boston.  Here are a few memorable moments from those games:
