Hardly there long enough to remember anything, but here goes…
Takako-san being my tour guide for half a day
3 different styles of Japanese dining
Introducing myself in Japanese.  Either that or I told them all to go %!&@ themselves.  Either way they smiled and nodded in appreciation.
Lunch Japanese style, which roughly translated means sit on the floor, take off your shoes, and twist your legs into a pretzel.
Sticking out like a sore thumb
Trying to find my way around on the subway
